Customer Waiver and Release of Liability

By booking or receiving services from UniqSkill Mobile Carwash, I (the client) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1- I understand and accept that UniqSkill Mobile Carwash, its employees, contractors, or affiliates are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle, personal injury, or loss occurring during or after the service.

2- I confirm that the vehicle is legally registered and insured, and I accept full responsibility for any incidents, accidents, or liabilities involving the vehicle during or after service.

3- I waive and release UniqSkill Mobile Carwash from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising out of or related to the services provided.

4- I understand that environmental conditions such as wind, rain, snow, or extreme temperatures may affect the outcome of the service, and UniqSkill Mobile Carwash is not responsible for any issues resulting from such conditions.

5- I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. UniqSkill Mobile Carwash is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items inside the vehicle.

Please note: While this waiver clarifies our limitations, we want to assure you that our team makes every effort to protect your vehicle while it is in our care. We strictly follow traffic regulations and handle your car responsibly, treating it as if it were our own.
